The optimal time for prosthesis placement is still unclear, and its complication rate has been poorly studied in children. Objective The aim of this study was to determine the risk factors of complications in cases of testicular prosthesis implantation in children. Study design A monocentric, retrospective review was performed of children implanted with a testicular prosthesis between 2008 and 2014. All implantations were performed through an inguinal incision with a standardized procedure.
