Anti-obesity effect of Crinum asiaticum var . japonicum Baker extract in high-fat diet-induced and monogenic obese mice

Highlights • CAE showed strong potential against adipocyte differentiation and lipogenesis. • Genes associated with adipocyte differentiation and lipogenesis were inhibited by CAE. • CAE showed an anti-obesity effect in diet-induced and monogenic obese mice.
