The Golden Anniversary Celebration of the First Tornado Forecast

On Mar 23-25, 1998, Norman OK and nearby Tinker Air Force Base hosted a three-day celebration to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first successful tornado forecast and the advances that have occurred in tornado forecasting and warning in the past half-century.
