Zusammenfassung:Micromalthus priabonicus sp. nov. from the Late Eocene Rovno amber (Ukraine) is described. The new species is readily distinguished from M. eocenicus Kirejtshuk et al., 2010 from the Early Eocene amber of Oise in France by the shorter body, unequal length of antennomeres 3 and 4, ovate terminal antennomere, less transverse head, transverse scutellum, and by the considerably shortened adsutural elytral margin.
