Zusammenfassung:(1), being the first study to systematically scrutinize valve hemodynamic deterioration (VHD) in a multicenter cohort of patients after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Because there is some evidence suggesting that patient selection criteria are evolving away from the pre-market inclusion and exclusion criteria, expanding the indications for TAVR to the population of lower-risk and younger patients, close attention is required to determine the long-term durability of transcatheter heart valves.
