Zusammenfassung: | To study the role of primary cilia in pancreatic duct, We have previously demonstrated that (1) pancreatic ducts of PCK (-/-) rat were dilated and elongated, that (2) secretin-stimulated fluid secretion from isolated interlobular pancreatic ducts of the PCK rat was augmented compared with that from ducts of the wild type (+/+), and that (3) reciprocal flow-dependent purinergic Ca2+ signaling in pancreatic ducts isolated from PCK rats, which were microperfused from the proximal end (acinar side) or from the distal end (duodenal side). |
