Immunohistochemical study on collagen producing cells in pancreas

Bridging fibrosis of human cirrhotic liver was Thy-1 positive, fibulin-2 positive and fascin negative. [...]PFs, but not HSCs were involed in bridging fibrosis. Periductal fibroblasts and PSCs might be involved in fibrogenesis of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer.
