Zusammenfassung:The electrochemical behavior of Manidipine is studied by employing cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Differential Pulse Polaro graphy (DPP) in universal buffers of PH ranging from 2.0 to 12.0. The kinetic parameters, such as transfer co-efficient, diffusion co-efficient, and heterogeneous forward rate constant values are evaluated by employing these techniques. Differential Pulse Polarography is employed for the estimation of Manidipine in selected pharmaceutical formulations.
