Objective: To investigate whether measuring pancreatic blood flow velocity (Fv) value with pancreatic perfusion CT (PCT) for acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) could detect pancreatic ischemic changes and predict the progression of walled-off necrosis (WON).
