Zusammenfassung:Micro-Abstract In a series of 109 patients with breast cancer with lobular differentiation at biopsy, preoperative magnetic resonance imaging led to the detection of additional ipsilateral and contralateral malignancies in a substantial number of patients and clinical relevant changes in TNM classification and surgical policy, irrespective of the proportion of the lobular component.
