Zusammenfassung:The implementation of lean production can reduce the inventory and increase production efficiency. Company K is the first one in the world producing vacuum equipment. It faces many problems of production management now. The implementation process of lean production in company K is studied, including 5S, value stream, JIT and Kanban pull mode, cell production and standardization. The aim of this research is to provide some suggestion to other companies to increase their management level and economic benefits.
