Zusammenfassung:Single crystals of l-histidine monohydrochloride phosphate (LHP), semi organic crystal were grown by slow evaporation technique. The grown crystals were subjected to various studies such as single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), Dielectric properties such as frequency variation, temperature variation & activation energy of the grown crystal were found. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal the crystal belongto orthorhombic crystallographic system.
