Zusammenfassung:Single‐crystal perovskite solar cells with a lateral structure yield an efficiency enhancement 44‐fold that of polycrystalline thin films, due to the much longer carrier diffusion length. A piezoelectric effect observed in perovskite single‐crystal and the strain‐generated grain‐boundaries enable ion migration to form a p–i–n structure.
