Zusammenfassung:	Micro-Abstract Recent investigations have focused on androgen signaling in prostate cancer (PC) progression. We investigated protein and mRNA expression levels of tripartite motif protein 47 (TRIM47), defined as E3 ubiquitin ligases, in PC. Higher TRIM47 expression was associated with advanced pathologic T stage (≥ T3b) and worse cancer-specific survival rates. TRIM47 may represent a novel therapeutic target.
