Predictive role of brain connectivity for resective surgery in Lennox-Gastaut syndrome

Highlights • Laterality by causal connectivity was concordant with post-callosotomy EEG. • The areas by dDTF showed high concordance in patients with good surgical outcome. • Use of causal connectivity can be helpful to decide on resective surgery in LGS.
