Conversion pattern and predictive factor of mild cognitive impairment in elderly Koreans

Highlights • The conversion rate from normal cognition to MCI was 23.4% in elderly Koreans. • Non-aMCI was more unstable than aMCI. • Weight loss was significantly associated with a higher risk of MCI conversion.
