La conversion culturelle aux normes gestionnaires a renforce plutot que mis fin aux structures sociales qui organisent les carrieres.//The study of three cohorts of alumni of ENA allows to highlight the changes that have taken place in the sociology of administrative elites in France between the 1970s and the 2010s The French officials 2000s are more often trained in economics and management. Their careers have diversified corporate but differences continue to play a central role in career paths and especially mobility between the public and the private sector. Belonging to the great body remains a crucial factor for professional success.
