Zusammenfassung:ABSTRACT This letter shows a fully integrated Wilkinson power divider/combiner using low temperature co‐fired ceramic (LTCC) process. This power divider/combiner has a screen printed resistor. Therefore, this is helpful to reduce cost and to enhance productivity. Using short stubs and increased dc resistance for 100 Ohm resistor was proposed to compensate parasitic effects due to the large size of printed resistor in LTCC process. The measurement results reveal that the insertion loss is −1.07 dB (Back‐to‐Back: −2.15 dB) at 60 GHz. The measured return loss is better than −15dB in the whole band of interest (57–64 GHz). © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 58:720–722, 2016
