Zusammenfassung:The common clinical presentations of multiple endocrine neoplasia, type 1 (MEN1) often lead to predictable clinical questions that can be answered with imaging. The multiple facets of MEN1, from pituitary adenomas to parathyroid adenomas and pancreatic-duodenal neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), require a broad understanding of multiple imaging modalities—in addition to understanding the basic disease characteristics. We attempt to provide the reader a basic understanding of the common clinical questions raised by patients with MEN1 and how radiologists can provide critical management information.
