Zusammenfassung:Micro-Abstract Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer are now being exposed to an increasing number of therapeutic agents. The present observational retrospective study reports the clinical practice patterns and characterizes how these agents were used and why they were discontinued in the longitudinal course of patient treatment. FOLFOX (5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, oxaliplatin), FOLFIRI (irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin), and bevacizumab were most frequently used. Most patients discontinued treatment because of disease progression.
