Zusammenfassung: | Imaging offered no visible signs of structural heart disease in a patient who presented with symptoms of myocardial infarction. The 51-year-old man attended a local Accident and Emergency Department after experiencing some retrosternal, dull chest pain while at work. He also reported palpitations, dizziness, and sweating. His past medical history included a previous transient ischemic attack. On examination, he was alert and hemodynamically stable with a blood pressure of 100/60 mm Hg and a pulse rate of 180 beats per minute. Here, Lim et al discuss the assessment and management of fascicular ventricular tachycradia. |
