The optimization of chromatographic conditions for testing of Antarctic region hydrobionts tissue extracts

Conditions for providing optimal fractionation of tissue extracts by gel filtration chromatography were selected using the Antarctic scallop Adamussium colbecki as an example. Further enzyme-electrophoretic analysis of the obtained protein fractions revealed presence of the active forms of the enzymesin in the extract of the actinia Actinaria (Coelenterata) and the Antarctic sea urchin Sterechinus neumayer (Echinodermata).
