Zusammenfassung:"Bi2Te3 core" - "SiO2 shell" (Bi2Te3iO2) nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical method. Bulk composite based on the nanoparticles synthesized was then sintered. Such a composite can be considered as a system of semiconducting Bi2Te3 grains contacting via tunneling SiO2 bridges. It was found that temperature dependence of specific electrical resistivity of the composite under study can be described by tunneling mechanism of charge carriers.
