Zusammenfassung:The influence of poling temperature (T sub(p)) on d sub(33) and [Formulaomitted] of (Na sub(0.52)K sub(0.4425)Li sub(0.0375))(Nb sub(0.86)Ta sub( 0.06)Sb sub(0.08))O sub(3) ceramics is investigated. No notable stress is induced as there is not apparent phase transition on cooling when the ceramics are poled below orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition temperature (T sub(o-t)). However, stress emerges by phase transition when poled above T sub(o-t) leading to degrade d sub(33). Consequently, the ceramics poled near T sub(o-t) exhibit the best d sub(33) of 350pCN super(-1). In addition, [Formulaomitted], derived from intrinsic and extrinsic contributions, remains about the same with T sub(p) because the ultrafine, lamellar domains could easily respond to an external electric field.
