Zusammenfassung: | Out of the five risk scores evaluated, the Chinese University (CU)-HCC and Guide with Age, Gender, HBV DNA, Core promoter mutations and Cirrhosis (GAG-HCC) performed the best. 2 3 However, HBV DNA titres are needed in both scores and additionally, core mutation determination is needed for even better prediction in the GAG-HCC. The accuracy of the three validation cohorts was 88.2%, 79.1% and 90.6%, respectively, and the NPV was maintained at 97.0%, 97.9% and 93.0%, respectively. [...]we have developed and validated in different Asian cohorts the RWS-HCC in CHB that requires only four simple routine parameters available in all clinical settings where a patient with CHB infection is seen. |
