Zusammenfassung: | Some important factors to consider are: (a) simulation policies and procedures; (b) faculty who are trained as facilitators and debriefers; (c) simulation scenarios with learning objectives that are education based; (d) piloted and programmed scenarios; (e) scripts for the facilitator and debriefing sessions; (f) orientation for nursing students; and (g) trained simulation technicians. Nurse educators, a skills laboratory coordinator, or both, implemented simulation, wrote the scenarios, ordered supplies, managed the technology, and both facilitated the scenario and conducted the debriefing session afterward.\n Wilcoxon matched pair test was utilized due to small sample size (n =12). |
