Zusammenfassung: | New compound of Li2Mg3TiO6 was fabricated by a conventional solid-state method for the development of microwave dielectric materials with ultralow loss. The Li2Mg3TiO6 ceramics with a cubic rock salt structure exhibited excellent microwave dielectric properties of ɛr=15.2, Q×f= 152,000GHz, and τf=-39ppm/°C at 1280°C. Addition of LiF enhanced the sinterability of Li2Mg3TiO6 ceramics and effectively lowered the sintering temperatures to 950°C without degradation of microwave dielectric properties.
