Zusammenfassung:A technology of integration of the multifunctional dynamic GIS into a large-scale information monitoring system of spatio-temporal processes is considered by the example of the Unified System of Information on the World Ocean (ESIMO). The methods of ensuring interaction of the GIS and components of the monitoring systems are discussed. As an example, operator’s work scenario in the emergency oil spill situation is presented.
