Zusammenfassung: | Ways of manufacturing nonmetallic control samples for capillary flaw detection are described. Several cracks, corresponding to different classes of sensitivity, are produced in one sample. A positive effect is achieved by creating a base of a nonmetal material – epoxy adhesive, in which the defects are obtained by etching foil of the required size. The results of tests of such control samples on a multiplicity of use and temperature effects are presented. |
