Zusammenfassung: | The 3D TiO2 microflowers sensitized by Bi2Te3 nanoparticles such novel nanostructure employed by two step synthesis strategy such as hydrothermal method and potentiostatic electrodeposition technique. Herein we have successfully synthesized Bi2Te3 nanoparticles loaded TiO2 photoanode for quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs). The combined 3D and 1D hierarchical structure has significant potential as an efficient photoanode for QDSSC.
