Zusammenfassung:	Fever and rash are common presenting complaints to the Emergency Department. This report documents an uncommon diagnosis involving this presentation. The patient presented with signs and symptoms consistent with severe sepsis. Once the diagnosis of Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis was recognized, the outcome was favorable.
