Zusammenfassung:The differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) technique was used to study the complexation equilibrium of Cu(II) with organic matter dissolved in river water samples collected over a one-year period. The effect of pH on the conditional stability constant was found to fit a simple equation derived from a model that takes account of the competitive effect of the proton. No temporal changes in the behaviour of dissolved organic matter were observed.
