On Referees' Executing the Rule in Sports Competitions in China--Referees' Comprehensive Quality and Qualification Examination

Through interview and literature review, this paper analyzes the present problem existing in the course of referee executing the rule of sports competitions in China and states the comprehensive quality referees should possess. A system of qualification examination should be established for referees to improved their quality and the overall level of the team so as to ensure severity, accuracy and fairness of sports competitions.
