Zusammenfassung:This article discusses the problems among indigenous people living in the north of Russia, who live in the Krasnoyarsk region (Siberian Arctic). Their own territories began a new industrialization. These people face a reduced opportunity to preserve their unique culture. The necessity to take urgent regulations (laws) should protect the rights of indigenous peoples who live in the Krasnoyarsk region to preserve the unique culture, and to use their native language in everyday communication.
