Zusammenfassung:Coors Brewing Company identified employees at elevated risk for cardiovascular disease as defined by a minimum of four of Mayo Clinic's medical risk factors and a high or very high risk of developing cardiovascular disease on a corporate-sponsored health screening. Using existing staff and a minimal start up budget, the company developed an interventional exercise and education wellness program (CHIP) to measure and impact employee health risk factors.
