Zusammenfassung:The review by Becker et al. in this issue of the Journal is a much-needed, timely, and well-written meta-analysis of the growing literature on the internal and external validity of a possible second attention disorder, sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT), which appears to be partly independent of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I concur with nearly all the conclusions reached in the article, having reviewed this literature in more qualitative and narrative form in several places recently, along with my own empirical research.
