Information Management: The Advanced Processor Build (Tactical)

APL's National Security Technology Department has contributed significantly to the advancement of information management systems throughout its 25-year history. Today, the department is on the leading edge of several key programs involving these systems, and has taken a prominent part in leadership, design, development, and end-to-end testing. APL's role on one such system, the Advanced Processor Build (Tactical), and its associated Acoustic Rapid Commercial Off-the-Shelf Insertion, has enabled the Navy to realize a truly revolutionary approach to combat information systems design, development, testing, and deployment.
