Foreword

This comprehensive collection of science results from the Rosetta mission with both the instruments onboard the Rosetta orbiter and the Philae lander is only possible because of the significant effort of the people involved in the mission over several decades. As a sign of recognition and gratitude, the Rosetta Science Working Team dedicates this volume to the numerous people who have worked on the project over the years: some remain on the project and others have moved to other endeavours. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the significant contributions made by Rosetta-family members who are no longer with us (names below) and are unable to share in the fruition of this long endeavour. Without their efforts, this could not have been possible.
