Zusammenfassung:Obtaining immediate feedback from hospital personnel about their experience with the OPO and the organ donation process can provide important feedback and perspectives; allowing the OPO to evaluate its practice and implement process improvements where necessary. Examine data from donor hospital personnel who participated in the organ donation process; Understand attitudinal perspectives; Utilize the data as a means to evaluate and improve OPO practice and performance. The web based survey is sent by email to hospital personnel who participated in the organ donation process. It contains 26 questions and is organized into five distinct sections: timely referral response, evaluation, family approach/donation discussion, donor management, and OR experience. The OPO survey is one effective approach for eliciting feedback on clinical practice and performance. Using the data internally allows the OPO to address continuing staff training and development and institute performance improvements. The tool also allows the OPO to further engage hospital personnel and customize training offerings.
