Zusammenfassung:	Highlights • Fatigue is a common complaint in breast cancer patients and has a multidimensional nature. • Complaints of fatigue typically increase during adjuvant breast cancer treatment. • Physical exercise during adjuvant breast cancer treatment has beneficial effects on general fatigue, physical fatigue, ‘reduced activity’ and ‘reduced motivation’. • Physical fatigue seems to be the dimension most sensitive to physical exercise.
