A New Species of the Newly Recorded Genus Spilogona Schnabl from Japan (Diptera: Muscidae)

The genus Spilogona Schnabl was newly recorded from Japan on the basis of a new species, Spilogona japonica. The distribution of this species is limited to northern regions or high mountainous areas in Japan.
