Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposed a method for fabricating a microstructured hot embossing tool with excellent replication fidelity using rapid tooling technology. The optimal hot embossing molding process parameters of Fresnel lens was also investigated using the Taguchi design method. The experimental results revealed that the most influential factor affecting the microstructures of Fresnel lens is the hot embossing temperature. The optimal hot embossing molding process parameters are hot embossing pressure of 83 kgf/cm2, hot embossing temperature of 155 °C hot embossing time of 6 min and demolding temperature of 55 °C. The depth transcription rate of the embossed part can be enhanced about 7.8% using the optimal hot embossing molding process parameters. |
