Equipment Capability Test of U.S. Forces and Relevant Enlightenments

Aiming at demand of systemized equipment test, the paper describes the conceptual design and infrastructure construction of capability test environment of U.S. Forces, discusses the joint test and evaluation methodology and its applications in system-of-systems operational testing activities under joint mission environment, analyzes the basic characteristics of capability testing activities and challenges that the test faces, and proposes the transformation of equipment test with the priorities of making capability testing route map, creating a distributive testing environment, pushing for capital test pilot projects, and intensifying consciousness of test data.
