Zusammenfassung:In this work, several new compounds containing tetraphenylene (TPE) units and dimesitylboron groups were synthesized through Sonogashira coupling reaction. The compounds showed aggregation induced emission (AIE), emitted different colors and gave a relatively high quantum yield of fluorescence in the solid state. Two of the compounds demonstrated potential application in data storage, and one molecule also displayed potential value in biological fluorescence cell imaging.
