PROTECCIÓN CONSTITUCIONAL DE LOS DERECHOS SOCIALES. IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE INSTRUMENTOS INTERNACIONALES EN LAS DECISIONES DE LA CORTE CONSTITUCIONAL

Through this academic exercise, we demonstrate the justiciability of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, from the direct relationship between the protective work of the formation of the Constitutional Court and the international instruments for the protection of human rights, especially the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of the United Nations.
