Zusammenfassung:To explore the role of NF-κB p65 and p38 MAPK in lung injury in rats suffered chronic intermittent hypoxia.
 Experiment were divided into a control group and a hypoxia group (n=20). After 5 weeks of hypoxia treatment, the expression of NF-κB p65 and p38 MAPK in lung tissues of rats were detected by optical microscope and immunohistochemical techniques and Western blot.
