Zusammenfassung: | Indoor and outdoor air samples collected during a 1.5-yr period at a single-family suburban home in New Jersey were assayed for lead 210 concentrations. Particle size data show that 20-60% of the atmospheric aerosol particles at the study site were in the ultrafine region. About 65% of the outdoor aerosol particles comprised the indoor particle concentration, as indicated by the indoor to outdoor super(210)Pb ratio. The outdoor super(210)Pb aerosol had a median diameter of about 0.080 mu m. |
