Zusammenfassung:	Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) or “brittle bone disease” is a rare connective tissue hereditary disorder. The most common clinical presentation of OI is bone fractures. OI also involves extraskeletal structures; however, cardiovascular manifestations are rare.
