Zusammenfassung:	Sensitive methods are needed to qualitatively and quantitatively elucidate the physiological basis of the propagule weakening effect and its implications for disease control. We describe a procedure for production of V. dahliae microsclerotia, treatment with metham sodium and the extraction, concentration and electrophoretic analysis of microsclerotial proteins with sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).
