Zusammenfassung:The thermal state of strip in ultrafast cooling to improve the efficiency of thin-sheet rolling is simulated. The results are compared with French experimental data. Reconstruction of the thermal field from the French data shows that they cannot be used for the design of rolling processes. On that basis, the simulation method here developed is recommended.
